The Package
Through our fully customisable online booking portal, every member of your trip can book and pay for their chosen options quickly and easily via desktop, tablet, or mobile. Whether you want to sell club merchandise, offer experiential extras to enhance the holiday, provide opportunities to meet new people at group meals, or sell tickets to events, we have the platform to make it happen. The portal can be uniquely branded with your university’s identity, so visitors know they are booking an official Apollo Snow Adventures trip.
We understand that booking a trip — especially when there are extras to consider, such as travel, kit, or lessons — can feel stressful. That’s why we’ve designed our portal to provide the most simple and user-friendly experience from start to finish. Each category opens elegantly with detailed descriptions, visuals, and information, allowing your group to ensure they have everything needed for the perfect adventure. Our online booking system is one-of-a-kind, with helpful information buttons, videos, and visuals integrated at every step so that every booker understands exactly what they’re selecting.
You might think organising travel for large groups of students would be a logistical nightmare. But with nearly 30 years of experience and a team of highly skilled account managers who can arrange transfers in their sleep, it’s actually straightforward.
We offer a range of transport options to suit every group, including coaches, flights, and transfers.
Coach Travel
The easiest and most cost-effective option is travelling by coach — the choice for most of our groups. Pick your preferred pick-up point (often on campus), enjoy duty-free on the ferry, and relax or snooze your way to the resort.
Flights
If you prefer a shorter journey and don’t mind spending a little extra, we can help you find the best flights and arrange transfers to and from the airport on both ends. Stress-free travel, with minimal time in transit.
Independent Travel
Want to do things your own way? That’s no problem! If your group chooses to organise travel independently, we can simply deduct the cost of our transfer services from the overall trip price.
