Mental Health & Well-Being

Mental Wellness & Health

Your mental health matters to us

We want to raise awareness about mental health and make everyone feel comfortable and know it is okay to speak up about how they are feeling and express themselves truly. We at Apollo, thrive to create a real and encouraging environment to let people be themselves and always feel obliged and open to talk about how they are feeling.

We care about our students and all of our reps and will always be there to share a conversation at any time throughout a trip or after it. We care about mental health and we want everyone to know that there is no shame in feeling off, we at Apollo will always be here to listen and open up conversation around young boys and girls mental health.

As pass Irish college students working in Apollo we understand the different pressures college life can bring and finding balance in that can be daunting at times. We know being away from home skiing can negatively impact mental health as it can sometimes influence drinking and partying as well as routine disruption and late nights.

We at Apollo are pleased to listen to any problems you or your friends may be having while you're away, and we want to help you talk to the right people. These could be family, friends, medical professionals, or outside organisations.
