At Apollo Snow Adventures, we aim to provide guests with maximum flexibility when travelling to the French Alps. To ensure transparency and avoid confusion, please carefully read the important travel and accommodation information below before booking.

Important Travel & Transport Information

Independent Travel Arrangements Required

Unless specifically included within your confirmed package, Apollo Snow Adventures does not provide airport transfers or transport to your resort accommodation.

All guests are responsible for independently arranging their own transportation from their chosen airport to the designated Apollo Snow Adventures arrival location.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Airport transfers
Shuttle buses
Taxis
Train services
Private hire vehicles
Resort transportation

Apollo Snow Adventures does not operate, manage, or oversee any transport services.

Student Guests Only

Please note that many Apollo Snow Adventures packages are designed specifically for student travellers. Guests are strongly advised to organise transport arrangements well in advance, particularly during busy winter periods when transfer availability may be limited.

If airport transfers are included within your package, this will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.

Please note that these companies are completely independent third-party providers. Any bookings, agreements, payments, or disputes relating to transport services are strictly between the guest and the transport provider.

Transport Disclaimer

By booking with Apollo Snow Adventures, all guests acknowledge and agree that:

All transport arrangements are organised independently by the customer
Apollo Snow Adventures is not a transport provider or travel carrier
Apollo Snow Adventures accepts no responsibility for transport delays, cancellations, missed connections, weather disruptions, lost luggage, or third-party service failures
Any accident, injury, loss, damage, or incident occurring during independently arranged transport remains the responsibility of the transport provider involved
Any complaints, refund requests, or claims relating to transport services must be directed to the relevant transport company
Apollo Snow Adventures accepts no liability whatsoever for independently arranged third-party transport services

Arrival & Check-In Information

To ensure a smooth arrival process for all guests, standard check-in operates strictly between:

Check-In Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Guests must arrange their travel plans accordingly and ensure arrival within this designated check-in window.

Please note:

Check-in before 5:00 PM is not available
Guests arriving outside the 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM check-in period may experience delays accessing accommodation
Early room access cannot be guaranteed
Booking confirmation and valid identification may be required upon arrival

Student Concierge Arrivals

Guests travelling under a pre-arranged Student Concierge Service may receive separate arrival instructions directly from the Apollo Snow Adventures team prior to travel.

Departure & Check-Out Information

Strict Check-Out Time: 8:00 AM

All guests are required to vacate their accommodation by 8:00 AM sharp on the scheduled departure day unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Apollo Snow Adventures.

Before departure, guests must ensure that:

Rooms are fully vacated by 8:00 AM
All personal belongings are removed
Any property damage or missing items are reported prior to departure
Onward travel and transport arrangements have been organised in advance
