Depending on your confirmed group booking, your package may include:

Package inclusions may vary by resort and according to the arrangements confirmed for your individual group.

Equipment hire, ski or snowboard lessons, upgrades and optional extras are only included where specifically confirmed as part of your booking.

Secure Your Place

Your initial deposit secures your place within your Apollo Snow Adventures Group Trip booking.

Each traveller attending the trip is required to complete their own individual deposit payment.

Group Payment Schedule

Each traveller is individually responsible for ensuring that all instalment payments are made in full and by the applicable payment deadline.

1st Instalment — Initial Deposit (This Payment)
Payable when securing your place on the trip.

2nd Instalment — First Friday in October
Each traveller must ensure their second instalment is paid by this date.

3rd & Final Instalment — First Friday in November
Each traveller must ensure their final instalment is paid by this date.

Any applicable VAT that is separately chargeable will be calculated and added to the 3rd and final instalment.

Payment details and the applicable instalment amounts will be provided in accordance with your confirmed group booking.

Important – Book Your Own Flights

Flights are not booked or provided by Apollo Snow Adventures.

Each traveller is responsible for booking and paying for their own flights.

We strongly recommend that all travellers arrange their flights as soon as possible after securing their place, once the relevant trip dates and travel requirements have been confirmed.

When booking flights, travellers must ensure that their chosen flights are compatible with the Apollo Snow Adventures group shuttle schedule.

For trips using our Geneva Airport group shuttle:

Saturday Arrival: The Apollo Snow Adventures shuttle departs Geneva Airport at 3:00 PM.

Following Saturday Departure: The Apollo Snow Adventures shuttle is scheduled to arrive back at Geneva Airport at approximately 12:00 PM (midday).

Apollo Snow Adventures operates its scheduled group airport shuttle to and from Geneva Airport only. Travellers should therefore ensure their flights are booked to and from Geneva Airport where they intend to use the Apollo group shuttle.

Travellers must allow sufficient time for flight delays, passport control, baggage collection, airport security and other airport procedures.

Apollo Snow Adventures cannot guarantee that the group shuttle will wait for late or delayed passengers, as the service operates for the entire group and is subject to scheduled departure times, other passengers and resort check-in arrangements.

Travellers who miss the scheduled shuttle may be required to arrange and pay for their own alternative transportation to the resort.

Please book your flights carefully and allow plenty of additional time before the scheduled shuttle departure.

Your Responsibilities

By securing your place, each traveller is responsible for:

• Paying their 1st, 2nd and 3rd instalments by the applicable deadlines.

• Booking and paying for their own flights as soon as possible once the trip details are confirmed.

• Booking flights compatible with the Apollo Snow Adventures Geneva Airport shuttle schedule where using the group shuttle.

• Arriving at the designated Geneva Airport meeting point in sufficient time for the 3:00 PM Saturday departure.

• Holding the necessary passport, travel documents and appropriate travel insurance.

• Reviewing all pre-departure, shuttle, arrival and accommodation information provided by Apollo Snow Adventures.
